Fulgenzio Gerardo Casinelli, 96, of New Canaan: He took great pride in making homemade wine, sausages, and prosciutto, and tending to his vast garden. In his later years, after moving to New Canaan, Fulgenzio expanded his gardening passion and cared for chickens, rabbits, and goats.

George Charles Mulry III, 64, of New Canaan: George was a once in a lifetime person. His broad circle included friends from Bay Shore and Long Island, Providence College, Wall Street, New Canaan CT, California, and beyond.

Barbara Busse Johansen, 89, of New Canaan: Barbara actively participated in the New Canaan New Comers' Club, the first Waveny Committees, AAUW, the New Canaan Town Band (bass drum), Nature Center, Scouting, Girls and Boys Baseball, St. Aloysius and St. Thomas More Churches and New Canaan Country School.

Sue S. Gress, 92, of New Canaan: Sue had been a resident of New Canaan since 1964 and was renowned among her large group of family and friends for her lengthy annual Christmas letters.
