Sidewalk Construction To Continue Along Road In New Canaan: DPW
The town will continue sidewalk construction in the area over the next few weeks, according to the Department of Public Works.
NEW CANAAN, CT — The town will continue sidewalk construction along Farm Road over the next few weeks, according to the Department of Public Works.
The department said Friday on Twitter residents are asked to mark progress of the work to avoid issues with driveway access.
The construction comes on the heels of road resurfacing work earlier this week on Hoyt Farm Drive, Middle Ridge Road, Stoneleigh Road, Fitch Lane and Long Lots Road.

According to the department, the resurfacing material needs approximately 15-20 minutes to set before it can be driven on, and residents were asked to make arrangements to avoid delays.
