UPDATE: Storm Damage Impacts New Canaan School Schedules
Schools have changed their schedules for Thursday.

Because of electrical outages and damage caused by the overnight storms, New Canaan Public Schools are closed on Thursday, Feb. 25.
Also closed is the Day Care Center of New Canaan.
New Canaan Country Day School:
“Due to an electrical outage on campus, New Canaan Country School is delaying the opening of school for 2 hours today, Thursday, Feb. 25.
If power is not restored shortly, we will close school for the day. In the event that we have to close school, we will notify you by 8 a.m.”
As of 5:45 a.m., there were 472 Eversource customers without power in town.
