NEW CANAAN, CT — When times are tough, heroes emerge. We all know someone who's making a difference right now as we live through unprecedented times. Here at Patch, we've launched an initiative to help recognize these everyday heroes.

<b>Why do you believe the nominee should be recognized or honored?</b>
Bob has been working tirelessly to provide food and other essential items to the community. Although Fisherman's Net is a fish market Bob has been selling a multitude of other foods along with essential items such as gloves, bleach, paper towels and the elusive toilet paper. He is running his store like a well oiled machine. Everyone should take notes on his strict social distancing and curbside pickup options.

Bob is kind, easy going, passive and most of all affable.
