Water Line Construction To Impact Traffic In New Canaan: Police
Construction work is expected to impact traffic in New Canaan this week, according to police.
NEW CANAAN, CT — Water line construction work is expected to impact traffic on Lakeview Avenue in New Canaan this week, according to police.
Police said on Facebook work is scheduled to take place along the road between Millport Avenue and New Norwalk Road beginning Monday.
Construction is expected to take place Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Work is estimated to take several weeks, according to police.

Due to the scope of the work, traffic will be detoured around the work zone. Access to the Transfer Station and residential areas will be granted, police said.
"Plan accordingly and expect minor delays as a result of this project," police said on Facebook.
