Weed Street Property Sells for $4M

On Nov. 1, Maples Inn Development Co., LLC sold the property at 179 Oenoke Ridge to Susan Ambrecht for $1,700,000.

On Nov. 1, LTW Builders, Inc. sold the property at 77 Frogtown Road, Parcel B to 77 Frogtown Road, LLC for $1,500,000. 

On Nov. 2, the estate of Stanley Resor sold the property at 809 Weed Street to David Rucci of the 809 Weed Street Trust for $4,000,000. 

On Nov. 2, Barbara Coleman sold the property at 24 St. John's Place #9 to Ann Parry Grogan for $275,000.

On Nov. 5, Ann Grogan sold the property at 289 New Norwalk Road #10 to Paul and Mary Richardson for $975,000.
