'He Truly Cares': New Haven Hero

NEW HAVEN, CT — When times are tough, heroes emerge. We all know someone who's making a difference right now as we live through unprecedented times. Here at Patch, we've launched an initiative to help recognize these everyday heroes.

Why do you believe the nominee should be recognized or honored?
When this pandemic started, he was 17 years old and he didn't even think twice about not going into work. He navigated online schooling as a senior all while working part time at Stop n Shop. He never complained he was happy to serve the customers in this very challenging time.

What’s one thing you want everyone to know about your hero?:
He is the most compassionate young boy I've ever known he truly cares about people and their well being.
