For many alumni, this visit represents a meaningful return to the site where they came of age during one of the most pivotal periods in American history — the early 1960s, marked by the assassination of President John F. Kennedy and the beginning of the Vietnam War.
The event is set for Saturday, Nov. 8, from 10:30 a.m. to noon, at Hillhouse High School, 480 Sherman Parkway, New Haven.
