Man Robs Downtown Business' Tip Jar, Attacks Employee Trying To Stop Him: NHPD
Just before 8 p.m., Wednesday, a man robbed the Arethusa Farm Dairy tip jar, and when confronted, pulled a pocket knife on an employee: PD

NEW HAVEN, CT — Wednesday night, just before 8 p.m., police were called to a robbery at Arethusa Farm Dairy on Chapel Street, New Haven police spokesperson Officer Christian Bruckhart said.
According to police, it was reported that an unknown man entered the store, took the tip jar, and then proceeded to exit.
Bruckhart said an employee "tried to stop" the man outside the store when the man "assaulted the employee and pulled a pocket knife on them."

Police said the man is Black, around 30 to 35, 5'10" with a goatee was wearing a red hooded jean jacket, blue jeans, black shoes, and a black backpack.
No arrest has been made, Bruckhart said.
