New Have Man, 20, Suffers Non-Fatal Gunshot Wound Wednesday Likely In Area Of Lodge, Level Streets: NHPD

It was around 11:30 p.m. when cops went to the York Street campus of Yale New Haven Hospital for a report of a walk-in gunshot victim: PD.

NEW HAVEN, CT — At 11:30 PM Wednesday, police were called to the York Street campus of Yale New Haven Hospital for a report of a walk-in gunshot victim, a department spokesperson said.

A 20-year-old from New Haven suffered a non-fatal gunshot injury in the leg, police said.

Investigators located ballistic evidence in the area of Level and Lodge streets, which "may be linked to this incident," police said.
