NEW HAVEN, CT - A North Haven resident is $15,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in New Haven earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On March 22, Anthony Little, of North Haven, purchased a Play 4 Day ticket from the New Haven Stop & Shop and won $15,000.
