Regional Water Authority Establishes Foundation Honoring Former President Larry Bingaman

The Regional Water Authority (RWA) has established the Larry Bingaman ā RWA Foundation. This new memorial foundation honors the legacy, values, and community spirit of Larry Bingaman, its immediate past President and CEO.
The foundation will focus its efforts on organizations and programs that achieve broad, sustainable change within the communities served by the RWA. This initiative aims to continue the community support work of the not-for-profit water utility, specifically honoring Mr. Bingamanās legacy of civic engagement and philanthropic impact.
Sunder (Sunny) Lakshminarayanan, RWA Interim President & CEO, stated that Larry's spirit of service inspired the creation of this new foundation. Lakshminarayanan added that during Larry's 15-year tenure at the RWA, he was a respected leader with a long list of business accomplishments, community service, and professional and civic accolades that charted the growth and success of the organization.

Lakshminarayanan also said that the foundation is a tangible testament to Larryās enduring legacy. The RWA is proud to continue his commitment and advocacy for education, environmental health, and inclusive community and economic growth, Lakshminarayanan reported.
