NEW HAVEN, CT - A New Haven resident is $20,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in West Haven earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On March 17, Lolita Funnye, of New Haven, purchased a Lotto! Cash ticket from the AFZ Foodmart in West Haven and won $20,000.
