NEW HAVEN, CT — The New Haven Police Department is seeking the public's assistance in identifying the individual pictured, who is believed to be involved in a fraud scheme affecting victims throughout the tri-state area.

Investigators believe the individual may falsely claim veteran status as part of the scheme.
