NEW HAVEN, CT - A New Haven resident is $27,080 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On May 27, Josefina Hernandez, of New Haven, purchased a Play4 Day ticket from the New B&K Grocery in New Haven and won $27,080.
