New Haven Resident Wins Big Lottery Prize
The big win came on a scratch ticket, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
NEW HAVEN, CT — A New Haven resident recently won $10,000 on a scratch ticket that was sold in East Haven, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
The resident won $10,000 on a 10X CASH 18TH EDITION scratch ticket that was sold at Haven Deli & Convenience LLC at 453 Short Beach Rd. in East Haven, according to lottery officials.
The CT Lottery no longer publishes winners’ names without their written consent in accordance with a new Connecticut law, which was effective Oct.1, 2025.
