Obituary: Alexus Eaddy, 28, of New Haven

NEW HAVEN, CT - (From Colonial Funeral Home): Alexus Eaddy Born February 27, 1994, in New Haven, CT to Shironda Burgess and Dewayne Eaddy passed away May 24, 2022.

Alexus was currently a student at Gateway Community College in New Haven where she was studying medical office administration.

Alexus recently gained employment for AT&T as a retail sales associate working remotely. She enjoyed shopping, eating out, and spoiling her little sister.

Alexus loved her family and enjoyed helping family and friends when needed. She leaves to cherish her memory Mother Shironda Burgess, Father Dewayne Eaddy, brothers Brandon Moncrease, Aaron Eaddy, Tyrell Eaddy, sister Harmony Pringle, uncles Charles Eaddy Jr (Karen) of North Carolina, Clifton Edwards (Louisa) Severic Burgess (Latrice), great-grandmother Mary Davis of Hemingway, SC, grandfather Charles Eaddy Sr., grandmother Serena Burgess and Credella Grayson of Thomasville, AL, an very special cousin/auntie Karizma Burgess and Cassandra Sherman (Joe) and a host of family and friends who she loved dearly.

Alexus is predeceased by great-grandfather James Davis, grandmother Betty Davis, grandfather Alphonza Burgess, grandfather Charles Belton and Great grandmother Ann Green.

Services will take place, Friday, June 10, 2022 at 11 AM at Colonial Funerals, 86 Circular Ave., Hamden, CT 06514. Viewing in Colonial from 10-11am.
