Real Estate, Personal Property, and Motor Vehicle tax bills for the 2020 Grand List were mailed at the end of June. Real Estate and Motor Vehicle bills may be placed in the same envelope. The bills are dated July 1st and taxpayers do have the entire month of July to pay.

The last day to pay without penalty is August 2nd. On August 3rd interest will be charged according to CT State Statute Sec. 12-146. Also, any payments must be applied to the oldest tax first according to CT State Statute Sec. 12-144b.
