NEWINGTON— A Newington resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in New Britain earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On November 1, the big winner from Newington purchased a 10X Cash 15th Edition ticket from the Stop & Shop in New Britain and won $10,000.
