NEWINGTON, CT - A Newington resident is $15,416 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On March 15, Marc Belliveau, of Newington, purchased a Play4 Night ticket from the Zain Food Mart in Newington and won $15,416.
