According to the Connecticut Lottery, the winning ticket was sold in New Britain.
NEWINGTON, CT - A Newington resident is $13,540 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in New Britain earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On July 20, Norman Inkel, of Newington, purchased a Play 4 Day ticket from the Dairy Store in New Britain and won $13,540.
