3 Stabbed, Seriously Injured On Wednesday: New London Police

A 16-year-old female has been identified as the suspect in the stabbings, police said.

NEW LONDON, CT — Three people were seriously injured in a stabbing at a local residence on Wednesday afternoon, police said. The suspect is a 16-year-old female, police said.

At 3:29 p.m., police received 911 calls reporting a stabbing at a Connecticut Avenue home.

Police found three victims had been stabbed and they sustained serious, non-life-threatening injuries.

The three victims were taken to Lawrence and Memorial Hospital. A 16-year-old female has been identified as the suspect in the stabbings, police said. A knife was found, and the incident has been "determined not to be a random act and the victims were known to the suspect," police said.
