Jesse L. Pond, 26, of 19 Jay Street, April 24, failure to appear in court, $20,000 cash or surety bond.
Christopher Mims, 29, of 7 Trading Cove Drive in Norwich, April 24, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, $1,000 non-surety bond.
Jason Eaton, 42, homeless, April 25, second-degree breach of peace, no bond listed. Michelle Hall, 29, homeless, April 26, breach of peace, no bond listed.
