The following arrests were recorded at the New London Police Department. An arrest does not constitute a conviction and all are innocent until proven guilty.

Rasharra J. Hines, 20, of 106 Mike Street in Fayetteville, N.C., Dec. 12, first-degree assault, $75,000 bond.

Aurelio Cruz, 46, of 33 Mountain Ave., Dec. 12, second-degree failure to appear in court, $300 bond.

Justin J. Granger, 27, homeless, Dec. 12, first-degree burglary, criminal attempt to commit second-degree assault, violation of a protective order, three counts of second-degree failure to appear in court, two counts of first-degree failure to appear in court, $125,000 bond in total.

Charle I. Robinson, 35, of 187 Willetts Ave., Dec. 14, second-degree threatening, breach of peace, promise to appear in court.
