Mark A. Jones, 28, of 119 Main Street in Stamford, Feb. 27, third-degree assault, disorderly conduct, second-degree strangulation, second-degree threatening, no bond listed.

Michael Stanley, 50, of 71 Webb Place in Dover, N.H., Feb. 28, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving without a license, second-degree failure to appear in court, $5,000 cash or surety bond.
