Arthur J. Gillespie, 50, of 191 Virgo Drive in Groton, Jan. 15, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right, driving without insurance, $5,000 cash or surety bond.

Jose A. Acevedo, 25, of 679 Washington Street in Dorchester, Mass., Jan. 15, failure to respond to an infraction, $92.40 bond.

Kelly D. Nixon, 22, of 328 Dr. Foote Road in Colchester, Jan. 15, reckless, burning, criminal mischief, criminal trespass, no bond listed.

Pedro Feliciano, 47, of 19 Jay Street, Jan. 15, sixth-degree larceny, $215 bond.
