Hiram Velez, 37, of 56 East Anthony Road, March 12, two counts of violation of probation, $20,000 bond in total.

Edward Bright II, 34, of 76 Federal Street, March 12, second-degree harassment, promise to appear in court.

Jennifer Lemus, 38, of 1 Marshall Place, March 12, assault on medical personnel, second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault, no bond listed.

Hector Abreu, 24, of 72 West Street, March 13, violation of a protective order, disorderly conduct, risk of injury, $50,000 cash or surety bond.
