The following arrests were recorded at the New London Police Department. An arrest does not constitute a conviction and all are innocent until proven guilty.

Pernell Young, 23, of 142 Huntington Street, May 15, possession of heroin, possession of heroin with intent to sell, $15,000 bond.

Thomas J. Bonura, 37, of 60 Bellaire Road in Niantic, May 16, possession of crack cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia, $1,500 non-surety bond.

Yatanior Ferreira, 31, of 239 Montauk Ave., May 16, violation of a protective order, no bond listed.

Crystal Fox, 37, of 90 School Street, May 16, failure to respond to an infraction, $1,000 cash or surety bond.

Barrett Lewis Sr., 49, of 9 West 122nd Street in New York, N.Y., second-degree unlawful restraint, third-degree strangulation, second-degree breach of peace, interfering with a 911 call, promise to appear in court.

Dawn Field, 40, of 57 Cedar Swamp Road in Deep River, May 16, two counts of failure to respond to an infraction, $60 bond in total.

Kevin Daniels, 47, of 82 West Coit Street, May 16, interfering with police, breach of peace, second-degree trespassing, promise to appear in court.
