The following arrests were recorded at the New London Police Department. An arrest does not constitute a conviction and all are innocent until proven guilty.

Michael L. Marchany, 41, of 69 Montauk Ave., Oct. 17, violation of a protective order, breach of peace, $2,500 bond.

Naines Oliver, 26, of 172 Hawthorne Drive, Oct. 17, third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree breach of peace, second-degree assault, no bond listed.

Andrew Aviles, 25, of 45 Lathrop Road in Uncasville, Oct. 17, first-degree failure to appear in court, violation of a protective order, probation violation, $200,000 bond in total.

Hector D. Pena, 30, of 42 Williams Street, Oct. 17, second-degree breach of peace, second-degree criminal mischief, $500 bond.

Brandy Crawley, 31, of 35 Waller Court, Oct. 18, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to obey traffic signal, failure to carry insurance card, $1,000 non-surety bond.

Dana Catanese, 42, of 122 Montauk Ave., Oct. 18, first-degree criminal trespass, breach of pace, criminal mischief, $1,000 non-surety bond.

Danielle Sullivan, 23, of 119 Hempstead Street, Oct. 18, breach of peace, promise to appear in court.

Alexis Rodriguez, 28, of 119 Hempstead Street, Oct. 18, second-degree breach of peace, third-degree domestic assault, second-degree failure to appear in court, $100,000 bond in total.
