New London Arrests, April 29 to May 1

The following arrests were recorded at the New London Police Department. An arrest does not constitute a conviction and all are innocent until proven guilty.

Jason Rodriguez, 37, of 65 Federal Street, April 29, possession of burglar’s tools, sixth-degree larceny, third-degree criminal mischief, no bond listed.

John Warner, 50, of 19 Jay Street, April 30, disorderly conduct, no bond listed.

Yessenia Moran, 24, of 6 Union Street, April 30, third-degree assault, $500 cash or surety bond.

Jason Rodriguez, 37, of 65 Federal Street, April 30, breach of peace, $1,500 cash or surety bond.

Alex Martinez-Rivera, 20, of 11 Thompson Court, April 30, reckless conduct, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, driving without a license, $1,000 non-surety bond.

Clarence E. Sumner, 32, of 70 Coit Street, May 1, possession of hallucinogens, $25,000 cash or surety bond.
