The following arrests were recorded at the New London Police Department. An arrest does not constitute a conviction and all are innocent until proven guilty.

Walter Kokszka, 48, of 87 Norwood Ave., Feb. 12, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, unsafe backing, no bond listed.

Javon Young, 35, of 69 Oneco Ave., Feb. 13, driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs, following too closely, no bond listed.

Cary L. Williams, 44, homeless, Feb. 13, second-degree trespassing, no bond listed.

Lasheema Grant, 23, of 24 Darling Crossing in Norwich, Feb. 13, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to obey red light [14-299], no bond listed.
