Kalin Alexis Bellicchi, 30, of 6 Alewife Road in Waterford, Feb. 5, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right, failure to use turn signal, no bond listed.

Victor Galazza, 28, of 2 Union Street, Feb. 5, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, no bond listed.

Keryn L. Howe, 29, of 41 East Pattagansett Road in Niantic, Feb. 5, fifth-degree larceny, possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia, $2,500 cash or surety bond in total.

Erin E. Dailey, 25, of 38 Black Point Road in Niantic, Feb. 5, possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia, $1,500 non-surety bond.
