Francisco Moreno, 23, of 189 Parkway North, Oct. 16, violation of a protective order, disorderly conduct, $25,000 bond.

Franck Wilton, 22, of 272 Connecticut Ave., Oct. 16, breach of peace, no bond listed.

Arturo Fareaux, 19, of 26 Crest Street, Oct. 16, interfering with police, no bond listed.

Eugene J. Jones, 33, of 119 Sandy Lane in Norwich, Oct. 16, fugitive from justice, no bond listed.

Arthur J. Gillespie, 49, of 191 Virgo Drive in Groton, Oct. 17, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to maintain lane, no bond listed.

Sirgio Rosas-Moran, 24, of 571 Old Colchester Road in Uncasville, Oct. 17, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right, no bond listed.

Wayne Morris Has-No-Horse, 48, of 2012 Saratoga Road in Boston Lake, N.Y., Oct. 17, third-degree larceny, driving without a license.
