NEW LONDON, CT - An Oakdale resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in New London earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On April 25, James Floyd Jr. of Oakdale, purchased a 10X Cash 15th Edition ticket from the Pay Rite in New London and won $10,000.
