The following New London municipal meetings have been scheduled for the week of July 15:

July 15

Finance Committee, 6 p.m., City Hall (Council Chambers). Agenda includes a comprehensive financial reporting ordinance and a tax incentive development agreement and tax deferment for resident Lindsay Blank. 

City Council, 7 p.m., City Hall (Council Chambers). Agenda includes a proposed increase in water and sewer rates, a K-9 patrol division ordinance, a resolution on AT&T's decision to relocate its New London call center, and an executive session on the retirement of purchasing agent William Hathaway.

July 16

Foreign Trade Zone, 5:30 p.m., Stanton Building conference room (111 Union Street).

July 17

Port Authority, 4 p.m., City Hall (Council Chambers anteroom).

July 18

Parking Commission, 3 p.m., Water Street Parking Garage conference room.

Planning and Zoning Commission, 7 p.m., City Hall (Council Chambers). Agenda includes a special permit to establish an auto repair business at 20 Westwood Ave. and amendments to zoning regulations on flood plain management and conversion or intensification of non-conforming uses.
