September 1, 2013
Lance Goode, 9/30/68, of 98 Williams Street, New London was charged with reckless driving and failure to obey an officer's signal.
Justin Wells, 5/26/90, of 113 Pequot Avenue, #2, New London, was charged with breach of peace (domestic dispute).
Sebastian Tzampop, 29, of 33 Lee Avenue, New London, was charged with DUI, failure to drive right, failure to obey a traffic signal, driving with a suspended license and without insurance and with misuse of registration.Â
Rebecca E. Lucente, 9/14/81, of 25 Riverview Road, New London, was charged with DUI and failure to drive right.Â

Joseph Pinero, 5/27/90, of 717 St. Matthews Road, Virginia Beach, Va., was charged with disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $1,500
Angelo T. Ducharme, 7/4/57, of 2 State Street, New London, was charged with breach of peace. Bond was set at $1,500.
Dennis Moran, 53, of 53 Shaw Street, Apt. 2, New London, was charged with breach of peace (2nd degree) and with impairing the morals of children. Bond was set at $2,500.
Paul Young, 11/5/61, of 19 Jay Street, New London, was charged with breach of peace and trespass in the first degree. Bond was set at $2,500.
Willie O. Butler, 4/1/73, of 79 Mechanics Street, Apt. 1, Norwich, was charged with breach of peace in the second degree. Bond was set at $1,500.Â
Matthew Brandes, 11/13/75, of 19 Jay Street, New London, was charged with driving with a suspended license, without registration and insurance, and with misuse of registration.

Fabiola Bolidor, 12/8/89, of 53 Garfield Avenue, New London, was charged failure to obey a stop sign and operating under suspension. On August 28, she was also charged with breach of peace in a domestic dispute. Â

Atkinson, 5/6/68, of 17 Alger Street, Apt. 3, New London, was charged with criminal possession of a firearm, three counts of possession on heroine, with failure to keep narcotics in the original container, with possession of a stolen firearm, possession of heroine with intent to sell (two counts).
