NEW LONDON — A New London resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On November 10, Michael Duke Collins, of New London purchased a $100,000 Cashword 11 ticket from Sully's Mobil Mart in New London and won $10,000.
