NEW LONDON - A New London resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On December 20, Reid Burdick, in New London, purchased a 30X Cash 8th Edition ticket from the Ocean Discount Wine & Spirit in New London and won $10,000.
