NEW LONDON, CT - A New London resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Waterford earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On March 21, David Menghi, of New London, purchased a 30X Cash 9th Edition ticket from the Stop & Shop in Waterford and won $10,000.
