NEW LONDON - A New London resident is $15,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Waterford earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On January 5, Alexander Pappas Jr., of New London, purchased a 30X Cash 8th Edition ticket from the Bestway Waterford and won $15,000.
