New London Resident Wins $20k Lottery Prize
According to the Connecticut Lottery, the winning scratch ticket was also sold in New London.
NEW LONDON, CT - A New London resident is $20,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On August 23, Elanes Duperval, of New London, purchased a 20X Cash 6th Edition ticket from the Shoprite of New London and won $20,000.
