In a series of 3:45 p.m. home matches, the team faces Fitch today, Woodstock Academy on Tuesday, and Waterford on Friday.
The boys’ tennis team (2-10) couldn’t pick up a win in four matches in the past week. The girls’ lacrosse team (7-2) downed Marianapolis 18-1 on Monday and Hyde 19-7 on Wednesday, then lost to Wheeler 15-7 on Friday.

Coast Guard Academy
The baseball team set a new record for wins in a season, posting an 11-6 win against Mitchell on Wednesday to bring their season split to 22-16. This was enough to earn the team a spot in the ECAC Tournament, starting with a game against Husson on Wednesday.
The softball team fell out of the NEWMAC Tournament after two losses over the weekend. The Bears dropped a 6-2 result to Springfield on Saturday and a 6-5 game to Babson on Sunday, closing the season at 22-17.

The team advanced to the title round with an 11-2 win against Daniel Webster on Saturday, but this opponent staged two comebacks from early deficits to claim 12-8 and 9-6 wins on Sunday. The team's record was nevertheless good enough for a spot in the ECAC Division III New England Championship, marking the first time Mitchell earned a chance at this title.
The softball team (11-24) was knocked out of the NECC Championships in the first round on Tuesday, losing to Becker 5-3.
