So it turns out New London educators have some moves.
This video, lasting a little over eight minutes, shows some of the performances from the Everybody Dance Talent Show at New London High School. The event showcases the performances of students in the New London Public Schools, but this video focuses on how the teachers get in on the fun as well.
The show was part of Hope Week, an annual series of events with a goal to "send a powerful message that we, as a community, stand united in our willingness and our resolve to help and support our youth." Other activities included were a performance by the Bennie Dover Jackson Middle School chorus, a discussion on the proposal to transition the district to all magnet schools, and a science, art, and community partners fair.
