NLCCC Announces Teen Health Video Contest

The New London Community & Campus Coalition has invited the city's teens to participate in a video contest on healthy living.

Open to New London middle and high school students, the contest is open through noon on June 7. Students must make a 30 to 90 second video promoting safe and healthy lifestyles for teenagers.

The video should feature students living or attending school in New London. Submissions must also have the name, address, and school of students featured in the video.

Videos should be e-mailed to nlccc@ci.new-london.ct.us or delivered on flash drive to the NLCCC office at 120 Broad Street. Winners will be announced by June 14. The organization is awarding Crystal Mall gift certificates to the top videos, with $250 for first place, $150 for second place, and $75 for third place.
