Marco Lobo, DOB 2/23/71, of 22 Colver Street, Apt. 1, New London, was charged with DUI, operating a motor vehicle without a license and without insurance, and failure to drive right.Â
Edward Gonzalez, DOB 4/13/84, of 7 Pratt Street, New London, was charged with assault in the 3rd degree, breach of peace, assault of a police officer, and interfering with a police officer.
Joshua Johnson, DOB 12/2/88, of 28 Pearl Street, New London, was charged with failure to respond.
Jessie Horton, DOB 12/28/73, of 5 Rosemary Street, New London, was charged with DUP, evading responsibility, and traveling too fast for conditions.Â
