Today In New London: Referendum, Laughworks, Golf Benefit

1. Polls will be open today from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. for a referendum on both the municipal and school budgets for New London's 2014 fiscal year as well as the tax rate. Voters can support the measures or reject them to send them to City Council for reconsideration.
