Your Take: The Fight Over Where To Bury Tamerlan Tsarnaev
Tsarnaev's mother, Zubeidat Tsarnaeva, told The Associated Press in a phone interview that she wants to bury Tamerlan in her native Dagestan, but that Russia is not allowing her to bring back the body.

It is not a new story. In fact, just last year in Connecticut, Newtown shooter Adam Lanza's body laid in the state morgue for days, waiting to be claimed.
In the case of accused Boston Marathon bomber Tamerlan Tsarnaev, it is not a question of no one claiming the body. It is a case of no one wanting the body to be buried in their community.
