The winner’s identity remains private under a Connecticut law, effective since October 2025, that withholds names unless winners give written consent.
   

• New Milford man serving 12 years in prison in drugs-for-sex case involving minors (nhregister.com) — A New Milford man is serving a 12-year prison sentence after pleading guilty to multiple felony charges stemming from a drugs-for-sex case involving minors, investigated by New Milford and Bethel police. The case began in late 2022 and led to his 2023 arrest and later extradition back to Connecticut.
