Here's what's next (newstimes.com) — New Milford officials have granted key wetlands approval for a 13-home luxury subdivision on a sensitive eastern ridgeline off Bonnie Vu Lane, with final Planning Commission action possible on Jan. 8. The project would preserve 21 acres as open space but still raises concerns among residents about wildlife habitat, wetlands impacts, and construction oversight. Weekly environmental monitoring and a stormwater maintenance plan are required conditions.
