Consumer Warning: Did You Buy This Beach Chair at T.J. Maxx?

T.J. Maxx has recalled foldable lounge chairs due to risk of injury, according to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission.
The foldable lounge chairs were sold for $39.99 at T.J. Maxx and Marshalls stores in March of 2016.
To date, the company has received reports of 15 people being injured from the collapsing chairs. Injuries included back and tailbone injuries, a fractured finger, stitches to fingers as well as reports of cut, bruised or swollen fingers.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled foldable chairs and return them to any T.J. Maxx or Marshalls store for a full refund.
